Step 1

Restaurants and hotels in Barcelona use Bio Dunisoft® compostable napkins on a daily basis to offer their customers a quality and sustainable experience.

Step 2

At the end of their use, the napkins are collected. Thanks to their fossil-free and 100% biodegradable composition, they can be mixed directly with organic waste without the need for additional separation, thus simplifying the process for the staff.

Step 3

The collected organic waste, including the Bio DuniSoft® napkins, is then treated at the AbonoKm0 facilities and undergoes a natural degradation process that transforms it into a rich and fertile compost for the soil.

Step 4

Once the compost is produced, it can be redistributed in the form of bags to participating establishments. This compost can then be used to enrich plants, crops or even be offered to customers. And the cycle is complete!
