Organizing a festival is like learning to drum in a black metal band: the tempo is relentless, and every element must come together to achieve the perfect atmosphere. Few understand this better than Mats Lindgren, who has served as Food Manager at Sweden Rock Festival since 2011. He explains: “Sweden Rock Festival is an experience that leaves attendees brimming with joy and fueled with new energy. The bands matter, of course, but people come for the entire package.” Serving up 10,000 meals a day – plus an additional 30,000 for staff – requires finely tuned preparation.
